The homeowner called to discuss their front porch, which had started to sag, and felt soft and unstable. Upon inspection we discovered most of the porch had rotted and needed a complete rebuild. After demolition and removal of the rotted materials, we rebuilt the decking, stairs, front columns, and railings. Once the renovation was completed the client had a safe porch and added curb appeal to their home.
